Our Story

Tablo was founded on a simple frustration: too many beautiful properties in Muskoka and Toronto were being mismanaged, underpriced, and neglected — not because their owners didn't care, but because they didn't have the time, tools, or team to do it right.

We set out to change that. Tablo Homes & Villas is a boutique property management company that brings together hospitality expertise, local market knowledge, and an obsession with detail to deliver results that feel effortless for owners and unforgettable for guests.

The name Tablo is a nod to tableau — the idea that every property is a scene, a story, a composition waiting to be perfected. We see ourselves not just as managers, but as the people who help you bring that vision to life.

Today we operate across Muskoka and the Greater Toronto Area, managing a curated portfolio of short-term rental properties with the same standards we'd apply to our own homes.
